6. Insert and use audio and video in a presentation.
7. Create a simple multimedia presentation using appropriate animations, transitions and media elements.

Students have previously learned the basic features of Microsoft PowerPoint, including creating slides, entering text, applying simple formatting and arranging presentation content.

PRESENTATION STEPS

1. Introduction	The teacher reviews basic PowerPoint skills by asking students how slides are created and what types of information can be included in a presentation. The teacher introduces advanced presentation features.	Students recall previous PowerPoint skills and mention different types of content that can be included in slides.
2. Creating Animations	The teacher explains animation as an effect applied to an object on a slide. The teacher demonstrates how to select an object and apply an animation effect.	Students observe the demonstration and apply simple animation effects to text or objects on a slide.
3. Applying Slide Transitions	The teacher explains the difference between animations and transitions. The teacher demonstrates how to apply a transition effect when moving from one slide to another.	Students apply different transition effects to their slides and observe how the presentation changes from one slide to another.
4. Inserting Pictures	The teacher demonstrates how to insert pictures into a PowerPoint slide and adjust their size and position.	Students insert pictures into a presentation and practise resizing and positioning them appropriately.
5. Adding Audio and Video	The teacher demonstrates how audio and video can be added to a presentation. The teacher explains the importance of using relevant and appropriate multimedia.	Students observe the demonstration and attempt to insert available audio and video files into a presentation.
6. Practical Activity	The teacher asks students to create a short presentation containing text, pictures, at least one animation, a slide transition and an appropriate multimedia element.	Students create and present their multimedia slides while applying the skills learned.
7. Conclusion	The teacher reviews animations, transitions and multimedia integration. Common mistakes are identified and corrected.	Students summarize the lesson, ask questions and demonstrate their understanding.
